Is this how it feels to be a God?

The numbers of Sparrows has tripled since last year when we created a garden and we feed them every day. When we bought our house over a year ago, there were no plants, no trees, only grass in the yard. We planted a couple dozen Rose bushes, an Apple Tree and Datura. Sweet Nightshade and Mugwort are growing now voluntarily. We also get many different birds all day. A silly thought came to my mind: “Is this how it feels to be God?”
