Embellishing the black Madonna

I’ve been working on a vintage plaster statue of the Madonna. I am transforming her into a more magical black Madonna style. I added moons to her head. Now as I look for fabric and embellishments, with the golden lace all over her, she looks like a modern art piece, just like that.

But there still lots to do to show my vision.
